VOY JEWELLERY can support customers from all over Greece and abroad.


  • GREECE:

All shipments of VOY JEWELLERY jewellery in GREECE are FREE OF CHARGE without any delivery costs. In order to deliver the purchase order at your premises, we cooperate with the private courier company ACS Courier, which has one of the largest distribution networks in Greece.

If the shipping address indicated at the time of  your order does not fall under an area served by the ACS Courier network, it is possible to send your order in an alternative manner after prior consultation with our company.

Your orders are sent within 10 to 15 working days and delivered to your premises within 24 hours of delivery to ACS Courier.

In any case, our company communicates with you by e-mail, notifying you of the unique consignment reference number so that you are aware of the delivery of your order to the courier company and the exact date of delivery.

If your order can not be sent for reasons of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), our company will contact you by phone or e-mail, so that you are aware of any delays and to inform us whether  you want the dispatch of your order to be completed. 


Please note that if the indicated shipping address that  at the time of  your order

- is more than 20 km away from the city where ACS Courier is based

- is located in remote islands, outermost or border regions, there may be an additional delay in delivery.



  • CYPRUS:

For dispatches of our jewellery in CYPRUS we cooperate with the Greek post offices. (ELTA).

The charge per postal dispatching is € 9.00.

Your orders are delivered by our company to the courier within 10 to 15 working days after placing of the order.  

Delivery of your order by courier at your premises takes place   within 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch .

In any case, our company communicates with you by e-mail, notifying you of the unique consignment reference number so that you are aware of the delivery of your order to the courier company and the exact date of delivery.


Please be advised that:

• The shipping address of your order can not be changed once your order is delivered by our company for shipment to the cooperating courier.

• If you are absent from the shipping address you have indicated at the time of your order, the co-operating courier will leave you a notice in order to contact them and schedule a new date, time and method of delivery.

• If you have selected cash on delivery as your method of payment, there will be no extra charge.

• If you wish to receive your order from the courier's branch in your area, please let us know when ordering or contact us by phone or e-mail to inform you of the nearest branch.


  • EUROPE:

For dispatches of our jewellery in EUROPE we cooperate with the Greek post offices. (ELTA).

The charge per postal dispatching is € 11.00.

Your orders are delivered by our company to the courier within 10 to 15 working days after placing of the order.  

Delivery of your order by courier at your premises takes place   within 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch .

In any case, our company communicates with you by e-mail, notifying you of the unique consignment reference number so that you are aware of the delivery of your order to the courier company and the exact date of delivery.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS 

By virtue of  Directive 2011/83 / EC on consumer rights - which entered into force  in all Member States since 13 June 2014 –which replaced  Directive 97/7 / EC on  consumer protection  in respect of distance contracts and  Directive  85/577 / EEC on consumer protection  in respect of contracts negotiated away from business premises , you are entitled to return the jewellery  you have purchased from VOY JEWELLERY, without any prior  notice and without  having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. 

In this case, the direct cost of returning the products shall by borne by you. 

Returns are only accepted if the jewellery you wish to return are in the same condition  they were when you received them, without having been unsealed or tampered  in any   in terms of their packaging and they should be returned will all their  documents, the quality guarantee, the receipt and the packaging accompanying the product.


If the products are returned, the reimbursement will be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the jewellery to be returned.

Please note that returns shall be accepted only if:

- You have previously contacted the Customer Service at +30 210 33 19 330.

-The jewel has not been worn more than the first try out. 

-The company card and labels have not been   removed or destroyed in any way

-All other components accompanying the product e.g. the box, the quality guarantee and other handbooks along with the   purchase receipt are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.

-If the jewel is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned together with that product

-You may send us the products via ACS Courier.

Please ensure that the packaging of consignment is safe in order not to damage the jewel and its accessories during transport.

Please note that VOY JEWELLERY accepts no responsibility whatsoever with regard to any loss  or damage to the product during  return transport
