Following the family tradition and having a Watchmaker-Jeweler grandfather and a Manufacturer-Jewelry trader father, his integration to the Goldsmith sector was a given fact.

For ten years he was involved in his father’s business, who was already active in the Goldsmith industry since 1980. Stratis observed all of the technique and manufacturing and productive process of jewelry making and he acquired practical knowledge of Metallurgy, Gemology, Microsculpture, soldering and rock/gem bonding (kastoni). 

In 2013, using his expertise as a designer through systems C/D, and constantly searching for creative ways of expression, he decided to present his own collections.

His designs are subversive and eccentric. Every time through  his jewellery, he  expresses  a different aspect of himself : sometimes , his mood is more silent  and restless, and therefore the story of the jewellery is dark, other times  his mood is more nostalgic and  tender and  his  designs incorporate a purity and optimism.

So far, he has created and presented 8 ranges of jewellery: ADDICTION by Stratis, ANGEL by Stratis, CROWNS by Stratis, FORTIUS by Stratis, HYSTERIOFAME by Nivo Stratis, INFINITY by Stratis, RETRO by Stratis, VOY Exclusive by Stratis and JULIO IGLESIAS JR. - by Stratis.

Many important artists of the domestic and international show business   have chosen his creations for their appearances.
